Pallet Rack Fall protection
Safety bars are used to prevent pallets from falling through beams to lower levels—which can potentially result in employee injury and storage rack damage. The bar is inserted into a storage bay, securing the back and front beam. Commonly referred to as “cross bars,” “skid supports,” and “pallet bar supports,” safety bars are an essential component of any pallet storage system.
There two types of safety bar configurations:
- Snap-in
- Hook-over
