The British Columbia Building Code requires engineered documentation for the safe use of pallet racking measuring eight feet high and taller. This is enforced by municipalities across the province. Engineering and permitting will always seem like a daunting task but when you use Steelhead Warehouse Solutions, we take care of your entire project. We also acknowledge that many companies use existing pallet racking that is not currently engineered. Rest assured, it is possible to engineer these existing systems. We can provide you with some or all of the line items outlined below.

The Steelhead Warehouse Solutions team is qualified to provide the following:

  • A stamped drawing indicating rack locations and elevations
  • Weight chart placards
  • Stamped concrete and geotechnical letters
  • Schedule B – Letter of Assurance
  • Engineer site inspection
  • Schedule C – sign-off from engineer
